I am asking everyone to send thoughts and prayers to one of our own here for many years
Ken was in a very bad motorcycle accident earlier this week. He has been in critical care unconscious since he arrived at the hospital. He has had several surgeries so far all successful, it is still undetermined how well he will recover from this there are a lot of variables. Ken is a TOUGH sob and he's still alive and kicking.
Please send all your thoughts, prayers and good vibes to him and his family right now at this time.
We are a family here, Ken is one of us and our family.

MOVE DAY IS NEXT SATURDAY
April 22! Me and Neil are humbling asking for as much hands on help as possible! Even if you can't help all day we very much appreciate anything and everything! Me and him will be here at 9am sharp ideally we start moving stuff anywhere from 9-10 the more people that come the quicker your gym is open and operating again! Please comment or DM this page, and if you plan on coming we are requesting all hands on deck so we can bust this out on one go and get back to our regularly scheduled activities! Share this around we'll take all the help we can get!

ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!!!!
WE ARE MOVING (kind of)
Me (Sam) and Neil have been working on something over the last couple months and we are now in a place to where we can officially announce this. WE'RE MOVING, 3 doors down 🤣. So we will still be in the same place technically, just in suite P instead of T. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? So to answer as many of the common questions as I can here we go. This is a big upgrade for us so let me detail that.
1. MORE space, about 600 sq ft
2. Bathroom with a SHOWER
3. Double doors
4. Better insulation
5. Better wiring and lighting
6. More storage and office space
As of right now, we do not have a move in date, I have a few things I'm trying to get done in the space first such as getting it painted, setting sound up and an idea of equipment placement. This will mean a few things for the future tho!
First, we plan on doing in house meets and competitions!
Second, more equipment and variety such as cardio equipment
Third, better opportunities moving forward!
Bare with us as we piece things together and get a game plan going. I very very much will be looking for volunteers to help out!
Thank you all for helping us grow! This is the next chapter!

We are now 20 days away from the EGO SQUAT EXHIBITION
Details about the event are as follows.
This is open invitation meaning anyone can come and participate all are welcome! Members of ego gym and clients of trainers here are free admission, everyone else is $5. Show up time is between 9 and 10 am, start time will be around 10:45-11. You will be weighed when you show up, anyone unde the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian to sign a liability waiver.
Prizes will be announced at the end of this week.
Rules: we are not looking for a perfect squat that needs to pass in a meet do the best you can, however you will be held to a loose standard (like the deadlift event) in order to be in the running for the prizes (no quarter squat needs to be at least parallel) belt, sleeves, knee wraps are all allowed, suits and briefs are not if you want to be in the running for the prizes. Can't wait to see you all here again for round 2! Tell your friends and bring your friends it's gonna be a hell of a time!

ATTENTION LIFTING COMMUNITY AND BEYOND!
We asked for what you wanted for the next event, and you all voted so here we go!
The next EGO lifting event shall be a MAX SQUAT LAST MAN STANDING EXHIBITION
The date is set for 11/12/2022 so you have 2 months to prepare!
We will be using a similar format to the deadlift event to determine the winner which shall be the dots formula again.
Stay tuned their may be a few other things to attempt on the same day as well as some new things coming 👀
More details as well as prizes and an entry form will be available soon. We did a great job last event I'm so happy with all who showed up let's continue to build the PNW lifting community!
