Good morning and happy Thursday, because of technical difficulties on Tuesday, I was unable to stream. Today's stream is what would have been Tuesday's workout.
Flex:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:50am-12:10pm
Today's class will focus on total body flexibility and mobility. If there are areas that are tight, let me know, I want to make things more custom to your needs!
Get Up:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:20-12:50pm
For this workout, the focus will be on total body strength and core. We will be doing plenty of reps, so just make sure if you need to take a couple of extra moments off that is fine.
If you want to go with some weight but do not have a dumbbell or weight of any sort, a textbook can get the job done. Other things you can use are soup or bean cans, a wine bottle, detergent (more full than empty please), and a cast-iron skillet.
As always, do not overdo it, and you can always go back to these videos through Youtube to attempt to better your previous performance.
