Join Union Yoga Co and the Downtown Everett Association for Trick-or-Treating and an Autumn Studio Open House on October 31st from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

In addition to trick-or-treating for kids, we will be offering special sessions for yogis and friends:

- Tarot Readings: 30-minute card readings with the Tarot Sisters ($)

- Akashic Energy Sessions: 30-minute sessions with Emily Brown ($)

Both sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis during the event.

This event is open to everyone in our community, and all are welcome. We look forward to some spirited good cheer and a little witchy good fun with you!

Join Theresa on Friday, October 16th at 6:30 pm for 60 mins of a Sensory Slow Flow.

Experience Autumn in a whole new way—engaging your mind, body, hearing, touch, smell, and sight.

Join us to explore the season through a guided meditation beginning with Fall apples. Followed by a grounding and intentional Slow Flow lit by flickering candlelight. An exploration of crisp Autumn leaves will conclude your experience, offering a gentle reminder of nature’s annual turn toward rest, regeneration, and the transfer of energy from the earth to ourselves.

This class is for anyone and all-levels welcome.

Planks are always better with a pal!

Bring a friend who hasn’t attended a class at Union Yoga before. Their first class is on us. There is no limit to how many friends you can bring, so feel free to bring someone new with you every time you practice this month.

Yoga, like most things, is more fun with a friend. We hope to see you both on the mat soon!

The return of Fall means an opportunity to refocus your practice and channel energy into transitions and peace after the hustle and energy of Summer.

This Fall themed class is designed to help you create space for release, much like the leaves letting go from trees in nature. In this session, you will build a foundation of steadiness and structure through engaging, “flight”-centric balancing postures. In addition, explore how structure can offer freedom, both on and off the yoga mat.
