Water is high, but falling fast. The bite isn't great right now, because of the cold front. But looking forward to later in the week, warmer weather should turn them back on.
For my top three baits this time of year would be,
1. Shallow crankbait
2. topwater
3. Small plastic swimbait.

If you decide to go dress in layers to stay warm. If wadding be careful and use a polorized glass to locate rocks, that's where the big fish hold.
