🇵🇭🥌 NYC Philippine Independence Weekend Photo Dump 🥌🇵🇭

What an unforgettable weekend it was celebrating the 128th Philippine Independence Day in New York City! We were proud to march alongside the Filipino community and share our journey as the Philippine National Women’s Curling Team.

A huge thank you to Asham Curling Supplies for the inflatable curling rock hats! They definitely helped parade-goers spot us from a mile away and gave everyone a fun introduction to the sport of curling. 🥌🪨

Maraming salamat to the Philippine Consulate in New York for hosting us at the Meet & Greet. It was an honor to connect with members of the Filipino community, supporters, and fellow organizations. We were especially excited to see our team merchandise on display!

As we begin our journey toward the 2030 Olympic Games, we're grateful for everyone who continues to support our team and help grow curling in the Philippines.

The Philippine National Women’s Curling Team is proud to announce that Kathleen Dubberstein, Leilani Dubberstein, Jessica Byers, and Lindsey Schmalz will remain together to begin the next Olympic cycle on the road to the 2030 Winter Olympics.

After an incredible season representing the Philippines on the world stage, this team is returning with the same chemistry, commitment, and belief in what Philippine curling can achieve.

Inspired by the momentum built over the past years and driven by the dream of bringing the Philippines to the Olympics in Curling, the team is ready to continue pushing forward with one goal in mind: finishing what our country started.
