Fall sports are in the HEAT of their seasons, and many of our winter and spring athletes who are not competing in a fall sport will soon begin offseason workouts and training.

Parents, guardians, and student-athletes, please take a few minutes to complete the steps below so you stay connected and receive important information for EVERY sport your athlete plans to participate in this school year.

1. COMPLETE FINALFORMS FOR ALL SPORTS

In FinalForms, select ALL sports your student-athlete is interested in participating in during the fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Even if that season has not started yet, please select the sport now.

2. CHECK FOR NEW FORMS IN FINALFORMS

Parents and Guardians:
Each time you add a new sport, additional forms may populate for you to complete.

Log back into FinalForms and make sure everything is GREEN and all required forms have been signed.

Student-Athletes:
Athletes must complete their forms separately from their parent or guardian.

Log into FinalForms using your email account and complete all student forms. New forms may populate when another sport is added.

3. MAKE SURE YOUR PHYSICAL IS APPROVED

An IHSAA physical dated AFTER April 1, 2026 must be uploaded into FinalForms and approved before participation in any trainings.

You may also bring your physical to the Athletic Office, and we can upload it for you.

4. DOWNLOAD THE REITZ MEMORIAL ATHLETICS APP

The app is an important way to stay connected to Memorial Athletics throughout the school year.

5. FOLLOW EVERY TEAM IN THE APP

Parents, guardians, AND athletes should complete this step.

In the app:
Click--Teams
Select each team your athlete participates in or plans to participate in
Click-- Follow

6. ASK TO JOIN EACH TEAM CHAT

Parents, guardians, AND athletes should also join the appropriate team chats.

In the app:
Click-- Chat
Find each team your athlete participates in or plans to participate in
Click--Ask to Join

PLEASE COMPLETE THESE STEPS FOR EVERY SPORT YOUR ATHLETE MAY PARTICIPATE IN THIS SCHOOL YEAR.

Taking care of these items now will help make sure your family receives offseason information, schedules, announcements, team communication, and other important updates as each season approaches.

SAMSTRONG NIGHT 🖤💛

This Friday night, Memorial Football takes on Central at home, and we’re asking Tiger Nation to come together for something much bigger than the game.

Friday’s theme is SamStrong, honoring the memory of Sam Featherstone and supporting the Sam Featherstone Scholarship Fund.

SamStrong T-shirts will be available for purchase in the cafeteria:

Cost: $15

Wear your SamStrong shirt Friday night and help us fill the stands in support of an amazing cause.

Donations will also be accepted at the gate and during halftime, with all funds benefiting the Sam Featherstone Scholarship Fund in Sam’s memory.

Come cheer on the Tigers. Wear SamStrong shirts. And help us continue to honor Sam and the impact he made on our Memorial community. 🖤💛
