Can you believe it? We are only two weeks away from the start of the EVRC BOYS tryouts. The 2026-2027 season is quickly approaching and we are anxious and excited to get started. Below you will find the tryout info flyer and 3 Frequently Asked Question sheets pertaining strictly to the boy's program.

We are super pleased to announce one of our newest coaches joining us this season!

“I’m Coach Kylee, a former collegiate athlete with 3 years of college experience, 4 years of varsity high school volleyball, and 8 years of club volleyball. I earned All-Conference honors throughout my playing career and currently serve as the Head Volleyball Coach at Grayville Jr. High. I’m passionate about volleyball and excited to help athletes grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game!

Outside of volleyball, I’m finishing my student teaching this year as I pursue a career in education. I grew up in the small town of Grayville, Illinois. A few of my favorite things include my mini Goldendoodle puppy named Malibu, going to the gym, and listening to music! You’ll also almost always catch me with a Pink Slush Alani!”

We have gotten some questions regarding the Developmental Teams and we want to ensure we are answering those for all to see.
BOYS ARE ALLOWED to participate in the developmental leagues. If they are too young or want to get that extra experience in before committing to a full travel team, please have your boys come to the developmental dates that are posted below. The Tryout post HAS been updated to reflect this decision.
We hope that anyone, boy or girl, finds excitement, passion, and a love for the game at EVRC. Please spread the word and invite all those that are interested!

An unforgettable experience.
EVRC traveled to Orlando this past weekend to compete at the AAU Junior Boys Nationals, bringing 10 months of hard work, growth, and commitment to one final tournament together.

This season was about so much more than wins and losses. It was about early mornings, long drives, practices, tough matches, laughs, lessons, and the friendships that were built along the way. Over the past four days especially, we made memories that will stay with us long after the final point.

To our players—thank you for trusting the process, pushing each other every day, and representing EVRC with heart. Watching each of you grow as volleyball players and as young men has been the best part of this season.
To our families—thank you for every mile traveled, every hotel stay, every meal, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice you made to give these boys this opportunity. None of this happens without your support, and we’re incredibly grateful.

As this chapter comes to a close, we’re walking away with much more than volleyball. We’re leaving with memories, friendships, and experiences we’ll never forget.
Thank you, boys, for an amazing season. We couldn’t be more proud of this group.

EVRC got first in the last day of pool play! Moving on to championship brackets tomorrow!
With only 6 players able to make it to this tournament, the boys are now 6-3 for the weekend. Wish them luck as they fight tomorrow for their bracket championships!
