Another Indiana Iron athlete is stepping onto the platform this weekend!

We’re wishing Alexander Barton the very best as he competes at Home Gym Con in Louisville.

Every PR, every tough training session has led to this moment. Now it’s time to trust the work, stay focused, and give it everything you’ve got.

Go out there, lift big, compete hard, and enjoy the experience.

Good luck, Alexander! We’re proud to have you representing Indiana Iron. 💪

Our members don’t just train—they compete.

At Indiana Iron, we’re proud to see the hard work put in under the bar carry over into competition and life.

🏆 Congratulations to Matt Phillips on earning 2nd Place in the Under 120kg class at Orlando’s Strongest 2 last weekend! Your dedication and determination continue to pay off.

This weekend, we’ve got more members representing Indiana Iron:

💪 Joshua Fisher and Luke Meredith will be competing in the Professional Strongman League U125kg Championship in Louisville. We can’t wait to see them put their training to the test.

⛳ And best of luck to Kevin Higdon, who will be competing in the Evansville Men’s City Golf Tournament. Strength isn’t limited to the gym, and we’re proud to support our members in every arena.

Good luck to everyone competing this weekend! Your Indiana Iron family is behind you. Go represent, compete hard, and most importantly, enjoy the moment.

Good luck to Matt Phillips at his competition in Orlando, FL!

Another plate. Another milestone.

PRs don’t come from motivation. They come from showing up when nobody’s watching, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

Big congratulations to our guy from Blue Collar Strength 812 on a bench PR.

Proof that hard work still works.

That’s the culture. That’s Indiana Iron.

1. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻?⁣
My dad used to train shad for arm wrestling in my basement and when I started working out my dad told me that he opened up a gym and I had to come check it out⁣

2. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱?⁣

I benched 225x12 and I have pulled 495x4. (Both were my one rep maxes when I first got my key.)⁣

Working out doesn’t even seem like an option anymore for me. It’s more like a chore so I don’t think I use as much motivation as I do discipline and habit.⁣

5. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲?⁣
Just come in and try it out. Come meet the biggest dudes in there and find out they are teddy bears and they will answer any questions you have about lifting. ⁣

6. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘆𝗺?⁣
Tru squat machine. It’s just the best thing I’ve ever done for my legs and hips. Incredible machine. ⁣

Right now it’s “spit” by sepultura ⁣

Bench day isn’t about comfort.

It’s about showing up when you’re tired.
Loading the bar when it’s heavy.
Trusting the work you’ve put in when the weight starts fighting back.

Every rep in this video represents discipline, consistency, and the refusal to quit.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just iron, grit, and the determination to get stronger.

This is what Indiana Iron is built on.
