Let's Go! Shockers its time to bring another Championship home!

It's October and it's time to crown the League Champion! Shockers Camo will take on Latinos de Evansville at 1215pm at Mulzer Fields. They have split their 2 games this season Camo winning 5-4 & Latinos de Evansville winning 7-4. So tie breaker today will be for the League Championship.

Latinos de Evansville are a 1st year team that was formed after 1 of their players came by the playoffs last year at Wesslemans Park during the the Fiesta Evansville. The Latinos de Evansville bring their high passion with a balanced game play. Boasting a 14-3 record on the season, and riding a 12 game win streak!! Their last loss came at the hands of Shockers Camo back in July!!

Shockers Camo are technically a 1st year team but the majority of the team have wore Shockers Colors for years, including 4 that played on the 2023 Evansville Adult Recreational Baseball League Champion Shockers OG team. The Shockers Camo team have powered their way into 3rd place with 1 of the leagues strongest offenses leading the League in homeruns! With a 11-6 season record but going 11-3 after a rough start while reorganizing their roster. Camo will look to continue their strike early and often offense bringing another Championship to their organization.

Southern Indiana Shockers Baseball Team 4 games 2 days this weekend. Come out and see if we can add another trophy to this years teams mantle!! Saturday 9am vs EARB All Stars. 345pm vs River City Bandits Sunday 9am Vs Louisville Wildcats. Seeded game to follow.

Wanted to check in and give everyone time to plan for the weekend! At Wesslemans Park this weekend there will be a 4 team round robin tournament! 2 teams from Louisville Kentucky will be traveling over to play, as well as the EARB All Stars & the League Champions Shockers. All 4 teams will play 2 games Saturday and another 4 games on Sunday! 4 games in 2 days per each team. Kyle's Kitchen will open at the field during all games! It may be cooler weather but Courtney's Comfy Creations will be set up to with blankets ready to buy at the field or to place and order for the holidays!!

Game times will be the same both days 9am 1115am 130pm 345pm. Schedule matchups will be posted in Comments and again tomorrow on its own post!!

Ok I haven't been posting bout the raffle cuz of all the other things happening but we will end the Raffle with a go live on Halloween Night! So let's buy some raffle tickets for this awesome bat! It can be a mantle piece or a gamer the choice is yours!! 1 ticket $10 or 3 for $25. As of this posting sold about a dozen tickets.

Congratulations to the 2023 EARB League Champions, the Southern IndianaShockers!! Hats off to the Tropics who fought until the very end coming up just a little short.
