For those who have been practicing for years, September is an invitation to look a little deeper—not necessarily to do more, but to become more intentional about what you continue to cultivate, both on and off the mat.

And if yoga is new to you, this is a beautiful place to begin. You don’t need to be flexible, know the poses, or have it all figured out. Just come as you are. We’ll meet you there.
