Goldfish Swim School - Evanston Teaching kids how to swim is our passion. Goldfish is much more than a swim school. Goldfish prides itself on offering each parent and child a Golden Experience.

Goldfish Swim School is a state-of-the art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as early as 4 months how to swim. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a tropical oasis. Brightly colored walls, tiki cabanas and surfboard benches surrounding our island-style hair drying station border our pool abuzz with the sounds of kids kicking and hands-on swimming instruction. At the pool

deck, kids dive into an always tropical 90-degree pool. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safe and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like birthday parties, family swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Recreational Swim Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. 💙 This week's baby water safety tip: Check your barriers! 🐠💦

Make sure pools and other bodies of water are difficult for little ones to reach by using secure barriers and keeping access points closed when water isn't being used.

Heading somewhere new? Don't assume the space is already baby-safe. Take a moment to check the pool, hot tub, pond, or other nearby water and make sure the barriers are secure. 👀

A few extra seconds of checking can make a big difference in keeping little ones safer around water. 💙

But here's the thing: Baby Safety Month isn't about expecting babies to become swimmers overnight.

It's about helping families build positive experiences around the water from the very beginning.

Every cuddle in the pool.
Every splash.
Every song.
Every smile.

Those moments help children become more comfortable in the water while giving parents confidence, too.

One day, they're a pirate searching for treasure. Next, they're a princess making a royal splash. And somewhere in between all that pretending, they're learning something pretty incredible: confidence.

At Goldfish Swim School, we believe play is one of the best teachers. Through laughter, imagination, and plenty of fun, little swimmers discover they can try new things, solve challenges, and believe in themselves.
