Goldfish Swim School - Evanston Teaching kids how to swim is our passion. Goldfish is much more than a swim school. Goldfish prides itself on offering each parent and child a Golden Experience.

Goldfish Swim School is a state-of-the art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as early as 4 months how to swim. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a tropical oasis. Brightly colored walls, tiki cabanas and surfboard benches surrounding our island-style hair drying station border our pool abuzz with the sounds of kids kicking and hands-on swimming instruction. At the pool deck, kids dive into an always tropical 90-degree pool. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safe and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like birthday parties, family swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Recreational Swim Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. 🎶 Let's just say swim lessons live rent-free in our heads. 😂🐠💦

We were a little… short-staffed. So we hired some tiny talent. 😂🐠

The uniforms may be oversized, the attention spans may be questionable, and the hourly rate is currently paid in snacks… but the cuteness is OFF THE CHARTS. 💦🤣

It’s easy to look at the swimmer in the next lane and wonder, “Should my kiddo be there by now?” 👀
But swim progress isn’t one-size-fits-all.

For one little fish, a BIG win might be putting their face in the water. For another, it’s floating independently, mastering a new stroke or moving up a level. 🏊

Different swimmers. Different starting points. Different milestones worth celebrating.

So if you’ve caught yourself comparing (hi, you’re human, we all do it 😉), look back at where YOUR swimmer started. That’s where you’ll see just how far they’ve come. 🧡

What’s a swim milestone your kiddo worked hard for? 👇
