Did you know there’s nowhere to go and nothing to do?
It is a beautiful thing to travel and experience new places, people and things. It is a beautiful thing to create and share and receive.
It is also so important to realize that all these things are part of your innate and intrinsic being. Everything is inside of you and coming home to yourself, this re-membering, is the gift of this practice.

SATURDAY EVENING 7.25 @ 6pm
Join Thomas for this very special class combining an opening portion of gentle stretches and restorative postures, with an extended relaxation supported by the sounds of singing bowls.

Our nervous systems respond to sound and frequency in much the same way plants respond to sunlight. Some of us need more and some of us need less. Through particular tones and harmonics, singing bowls, like the perfect amount of sunlight, offer balanced nourishment to the whole mind-body-spirit system.

Tomorrow night, we will gather for a short movement session and an extended relaxation with the sound of singing bowls and the liquid percussion of the lake drum. Our bodies are mostly water and respond powerfully to the vibrations and healing frequency produced by the bowls.
No experience necessary and all are welcome!
