We lost our Coach Will on May 11, 2026, after a brief but courageous battle with acute leukemia.

Will was a Lead Trainer and Program Developer at Monarch, and he loved this work. He met every client where they were, returning from injury, just starting out, or chasing something bigger. He showed up fully present, every single time. He made this small studio feel like home for so many of us.

Please join us in celebrating his life on Saturday, May 23 at 8:30 a.m. at our outdoor studio. Stay for the 10 a.m. Group Mobility class, register ahead, space is limited.

Cardio and strength training help us stay active as we age, but without maintaining joint health and usable range of motion, those activities become more difficult over time. Think about what you want to be able to do, like pull your adult child in a wagon, and develop movement capacity for those activities.
Because if movement quality declines, it becomes harder to continue doing the activities you enjoy.
