BURN is an interval training workout. You will burn hundreds of calories during the class, plus hundreds more in the 24 hours after. Divided into five modalities of work; Rowers, Spin Bikes, Treadmills, TRX Suspension Units and Kettlebells.
• Every class is 1 hour • BURN classes are held in the BURN/Cycle Studio • Regularly weekly BURN classes are scheduled beginning January 2, 2025. Schedules are on app.
