Murph 2025 — Honor. Sacrifice. Strength.

This Memorial Day, we don’t just workout — we remember.

Join us as we complete “Murph” in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

The workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(with a 20/14 lb vest if you have it)

Whether you’re doing it RX’d, scaled, or as a team — this is more than a workout. It’s about showing up, pushing through, and paying tribute.

Date: Monday, May 26th
Schedule:
9:00 AM — Memorial Day speech & warm-up
9:30 AM — First heat begins
10:30 AM — Second heat begins
Post-Murph BBQ & community hangout after the last heat!
