We’re gearing up for a great day of lifting at the USAPL Ice ’N Iron on Saturday, January 24!

🗓 Meet Day Schedule
• 8:00 am – Check-in & equipment check
• 8:00–9:30 am – Weigh-ins (all lifters)
• 9:00 am – Doors open for spectators
• 10:00 am – Lifting begins
• 12:30 pm – Awards & tentative end

On July 26 at USA Powerlifting Bench Nationals, Coach stepped onto the national stage repping 307 Strength with every ounce of heart, humor, and hustle she’s known for. She battled through the platform pressure and brought home two 3rd place medals (Open and Master divisions) and received an official invitation to represent the US at the 2025 IDFPA Bench Press World Championship.

Big thanks to for the encouragement and rockstar energy on the mic. You're larger than life — and somehow still manage to make everyone around you feel special, celebrated and seen.
