As a coach I work with new parents and adults trying to navigate this amazing and hectic life.

I grew up in the age of “everyone gets a trophy”

Well now that I’m in my 40s-

I say bring on the trophies !!

Life is challenging, especially parenting!

Celebrate remembering to put the laundry in the dryer, eating lunch, an extra hour of sleep or whatever else needs a reminder that you are doing it and doing it well!!!

My coaching style comes from a strength and self compassion perspective. No one going through all the changes in life needs more suffering.
