Welcome to this week’s protocol!
We are getting into the swing of summer! Our week 7 shift takes on a little balance challenge! Our strength workouts are split for a well rounded week. Athletic Conditioning will be the 3 day focus that adds a little more heart-healthy movement to the week. Cardiovascular intention with a secondary strength and balance centered approach.
