DBFS Kids at EFC Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and self-defense at Evans Fitness Club. This page will keep you up to date on upcoming events, test, schedules & lessons

Martial Arts Classes teaching self-defense, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In addition to learning techniques and staying fit, participants gain confidence, self discipline, respect, goal setting, and problem solving. Fun included for free!!! Beginner classes are Free for all EFC members just sign up at kid fit. Currently beginner classes are Monday and Wednesday at 5:45pm
