Great night at West Volusia Saddle Club. Had some rain in the beginning but it really cooled things off and we were blessed with a beautiful sunset!

So proud of everyone! There were 13 riders in our group. We had some new people join us and also had LOTS of new horse/rider combos. I just want to say how proud I am of these kids showing such great horsemanship! Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s ok. I’m a HUGE advocate for always putting the horse first. There are times we need to take one step back to go two steps forward. I love seeing these kids take their time, push when it’s time or slow down to make good experiences for these horses. Speed will come but basics first.

I’m thankful for our little barn family and the love and support you give us. These are LONG days and LATE nights but all the smiles on their faces make it worth it! We love you!!!

Had a great Moonlight ride at the Osceola County Sheriff's Office Mounted Training Center. There were 13 in our group with a total of 52 riders.

All the horses did great. We got some showers during the ride which cooled things off. Even saw a bunch of lightning bugs!

So thankful for great friends who are willing to go on adventures and try new things with me. We never know what to expect (except me ALWAYS getting lost 🙄), but know we have good company, so there is bound to be lots of laughs and memories made! On to the next adventure…

Palm Coast, memories that last a lifetime!

Got to visit Palm Coast again with a few students and our friends at The Lazy H - Eustis, FL. So thankful to have such a beautiful beach to ride on. We brought four of our seasoned horses and it was a new experience for 5 others. All the horses did great! I love getting out of the arena and exposing the horses to new environments. Hoping to go back later in the fall when it’s cooler. We will be bringing our knee board next time to pull behind the horses. 😉

For those interested in attending, you must get passes to ride on the beach. You can find the paperwork online through Flagler County Parks and Recreation. All p**p must be picked up at the trailers, on the horse trail as well as on the beach.

You can also book a ride through the company Equestrian Adventures of Florida. They have amazing horses and guides that will give you an experience of a lifetime!

Levi is a 9 year old gelding standing 14 hands tall. He has been in our lesson program for 5 years and sadly is getting outgrown. Our students are getting older and taller and have moving on to other horses. We are looking for another home or barn where he can continue to teach advanced beginners/intermediate riders.

If you need a pony that can go from Hunters to Jumpers, he’s your guy. If you want to switch to eventing, he can do that too. Levi is currently jumping 2’6” courses but has plenty of scope for more. Has smooth gaits, is easy to get along with and wants to be in your pocket. He is the easiest keeper, is barefoot, zero maintenance and is SOUND! His only vice, if you would even call it a vice, is that he gets sweet itch in the summer. We have done just about everything possible you can think of with Levi and he is game for anything!

Check out our page, our horses are seasoned and exposed to many things and have more miles than most get in a lifetime! If you want an all around horse, you could not find a better fit!

Day 5 of Western Horse Camp

Finished our last camp of the summer. Thank you to ALL the volunteers that came and helped. I could not do these camps without YOU!!!

One more week of summer break and then we start our weekly lessons again. Looking forward to seeing all our students and barn family again. ❤️
