Swimmer Highlight of the Week

Something about Day 4… is always so magical 💙

The first few days of lessons are full of big emotions and unsure feelings, but something about Day 4 turns those unsettled emotions into happiness, comfort, and trust

This is exactly why consistency matters.

Those first few days can be tough, but when parents stay positive and trust the process, everything starts to click. Your energy matters more than you think.

Refresher lessons are perfect for returning swimming wanting to refresh their skills before summer.

If a child becomes tired, we teach them to roll onto their back, float, and rest.

Floating gives them time to breathe, regain energy, and stay calm until they are ready to move again or reach an exit.

Step 2: Reach

Once a child can control their breath we teach them to look for and reach toward a safe exit. This may be the pool wall, steps, or edge.

Children learn that they always have a way out — and that confidence saves lives.
