This was my 530a . . . Sometimes Coaches needed a little extra push, I’m just that girl who is blessed to be married to the one person that always gives me that look that says why you doubting yourself - You got this . . . thank you for reminding me of the strength from within!

Each morning we complete a specific sequence, part of this sequence is DL. Today was the first time that I completed 5 FULL REP DL @ 195! - as the last round! ( 3 moves, 5 sets, 5 rounds, 5 varying weights )

I don’t post this to brag, or get attention. It’s the reminder that no matter what you are facing, with the right person in your corner, you will never give up !

We are still here, still doing workouts, still have modifications, still helping each other to be the best version of who we want to be !!! 👑 💛
