PARKWAY TOURNAMENT CHAMPS 🏆💜🥎💛

Eureka brought home the Parkway Tournament title Wednesday night with a 5-3 win over Cor Jesu.

The Wildcats strung together hits when they mattered most, with seven different hitters recording a knock and a three-run third inning providing the difference. Alina Logush drove in three, Evie Humes scored a run and drove in one, and Estelle Gianino added the other RBI. Shelby Seiler had two runs scored, while Kayleigh Niles and Journey Vaughn added one each.

In the circle, Chrystal Hall went the distance, allowing six hits while striking out five over seven innings. Behind her, the Wildcats played error-free defense, highlighted by a pair of big catches from sisters Shelby and Emmy Seiler and a critical double play by Teresa Hutchcraft.

Timely hitting. Clean defense. A complete game in the circle.

ROCKWOOD JV INVITATIONAL CHAMPS 🏆

JV finishes the job with a 7–1 win over Lafayette in the championship game!

After falling behind early, the Wildcats answered with runs in four straight innings to take control. Cici Horner led the way in the circle, striking out 6 over four innings while allowing just two hits, then Kylie Creager slammed the door with two scoreless innings.

Horner helped herself with a double and RBI, Evelyn Rakey tripled and drove in a run, and Creager knocked in two as the Wildcats spread the offense throughout the lineup.

A perfect night in the circle highlighted a pair of 15–0 wins for JV and JVB on Tuesday. 🥎

JVB’s Peyton Murray was perfect, retiring all nine hitters she faced in a three-inning perfect game against Hazelwood West, striking out six along the way. Valeria Martinez De Pinillos tripled, drove in two and swiped two bases as JVB rolled, 15–0.

JV matched the score with a 15–0 win over Francis Howell Central behind a dominant outing from Makena Weibrecht - five shutout innings with 11 strikeouts. Kylie Creager led the offense with a 3-for-3 night, including a double, triple and three RBI, while Lily Benz tripled and drove in three, Kinley Fortner collected two hits and two RBI, and Miriam Tenny added a double and two RBI.

Two games. Two shutouts. 30 runs. 17 strikeouts from the circle.

JV travels to Lafayette today at 4:30.

Varsity punched its ticket to the Parkway Tournament championship with a pair of wins Tuesday night💪

The Wildcats battled through a less-than-clean opener to earn a 7–3 win over Kirkwood, with Harper Hubbard striking out nine and Estelle Gianino closing it out with two hitless, scoreless innings. Teresa Hutchcraft and Shelby Seiler doubled, and Evie Humes and Kayleigh Niles each drove in two.

Game two was a different story. Eureka pounded out 13 hits in an 11–1 win vs Howell North, led by Emmy Seiler’s 3-for-4 night with a home run, double and four RBI. Alina Logush added two hits and two RBI, while Chrystal Hall went the distance in the circle, allowing just three hits and one run while striking out nine.

The Wildcats play for the Parkway Tournament championship tonight at 7.
