Sahara Tupua signed her letter of intent to compete in track & field at College of the Redwoods!
Sahara had an accomplished 2026 SBA track & field season and even picked up a new throwing event near the close of season. She was a high level competitor as both a sprinter and a thrower. She competed this season in the 100m, shot put, 4x100m A-team relay, 4x200m mixed relay, and the sprint medley.

Season Bests and Personal Records as follow:
100m: 13.38
Shot Put: 28’6”
4x100m relay: 50.22 (Tupua, Boham, Bullock, Vainuku)

Sahara Tupua earned a HNDL White Star for the 4x100m relay, 1st place at the HDN Championship/NCS Qualifier Meet. She advanced to NCS Class A competition in the shot put and 4x100m relay. She finished a strong season competing in the 4x100m relay at the NCS Meet of Champions. She ranked #7 in the 100m SBA all-time list and #8 in the shot put SBA all-time list. The 4x100 relay ranked #2 on SBA all-time list and #10 HDN all-time list.

Alyssa Boham committed to compete in track & field at Oregon Institute of Technology!

Alyssa signed her letter of intent earlier this year. She had a great final season as a Crusader, competing at her best during the 2026 SBA track & field year. She excelled as a scholar athlete and performed as a top level sprinter. She competed this season in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m A-team relay.

Season Bests and Personal Records as follow:

100m: 12.77
200m: 26.67 SB
4x100m relay: 50.22 (Tupua, Boham, Bullock, Vainuku)

Alyssa Boham earned a HNDL White Star for her role in the 4x100m relay, 1st place at the HDN Championship/NCS Qualifier Meet. She advanced to NCS Class A in the 100m, 200m, & the 4x100m relay. Alyssa competed with grit during her NCS Class A events and continued advancing in two events. She finished her season with strong performances in both the 4x100m relay and the 100m at the NCS Meet of Champions. Alyssa ranked #3 in the 100m on SBA all-time list and #4 in the 200m SBA all-time list. The 4x100m relay ranked #2 on SBA all-time list and #10 HDN all-time list.

We celebrated Kohlton Hall signing his letter of intent to compete in track & field at College of the Redwoods!

Kohlton had some great accomplishments during the 2026 SBA track & field season. He was a scholar athlete and versatile in track & field. He excelled both in the sprints and the throws. He competed this season in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m A-team relay, discus, shot put, & javelin.

Season Bests and Personal Records as follows:
Discus: 146’5”
Shot Put: 44’2”
Javelin: 97’3”
100m: 11.79 SB, 11.70 PR
200m: 25.30 SB, 24.02 PR
4x100m varsity relay: 45.51 (Omey, Devlin, Hall, Carter)
4x100m Throwers relay: 50.29 (Omey, Floyd, Porambo, Hall). Kohlton helped break the St. Mary’s Stadium record for 4x100 Throwers relay during the Crusader Relay Meet in Medford, OR.

Kohlton Hall advanced to NCS Class A competition in all 4 of his main events: 100m, 4x100m A-team relay, shot put, & discus. He was Champion of the Discus with a 146’5” PR 1st place throw. Kohlton took 1st place in the discus at NCS Class A back-to-back years. He placed 3rd in the shot put at NCS Class A meet. Kohlton advanced to NCS Meet of Champions in both shot put and discus. He was the only thrower for SBA to qualify for MOC in two throwing events in the last 10 years! He ranked #3 in discus throw on SBA all-time list and #4 in the shot put on the SBA all-time list.

NCS Meet of Champions May 22nd-May 23rd

Seven Crusaders competed at the MOC state qualifying meet:

Asher Floyd–Discus 139’11”
Kohlton Hall–Shot put 42’1.5” & Discus 128’04”
Scarlett Zerlang–Discus 92’4”
Alyssa Boham–100m 12.85 & 4x100m 50.22
Sahara Tupua–4x100m 50.22
Paula Bullock–4x100m 50.22
Lulu Vainuku–4x100m 50.22

All seven Crusaders competed with the best track & field athletes of Northern California and finished strong. SB Women’s 4x100m relay ran 50.22, a PR to close out a very successful season. Great work, Crusaders!!! 💚
