The Gym The Gym is a private fitness club that is located in Greenwood County. It is a state of the art gym Nutrition.

THE GYM is Greenwood County's very own state of the art gym and training facility featuring updated equipment, group exercise classes, circuit training, racquetball court, tanning bed, recreational room and an indoor track. Within our building and part of our family is Courtney Vinson Esthetics and a fabulous nutritional juice bar next door, Main St.

Start small. A 20-minute walk. Some bodyweight work.
