So I spoke to the new parks director yesterday. He assured me that we have his support. He is still unable to help with maintenence but is working on finding someone with a brush hog willing to donate their time one weekend a month. We have more than enough local businesses still interested in sponsoring our dreams. If we are able to find someone able to brush hog there is no reason we can't finish by the first of the year. Thank you for your continued interest and support.

Sunday was another dreat day! There were a total of ten people who showed up. Thank you to everyone who pitched in. Your help is always greatly appreciated. We got a lot done. There is much more to get done. We hope to have bigger and better events as the word spreads. To you from us have a very Merry and safe Holiday.

Yesterday was a great day for the Leatherwood Cleanup. We had 5 people show up and got the entrance and all of hole 1 cleaned out. It looks great! I'm headed out for round 2.Please if you have a free hour come on down. We are easy to find. We are at the ball fields entrance. you can't miss us. See you soon and hope everyone has a great day.

Just a reminder next weekend Dec. 10 &11 I will be hosting the first cleanup of the lake leatherwood disc golf course. It is from sunrise to sunset saturday and sunday. We hope to have food and drinks for all the volunteers. Which reminds me. We need volunteers. Volunteers to help pick up branches and brush. Also we need volunteers to help with food. My Name is Paul Rist. I am Building and 9 hole disc Golf Course in Lake Leatherwood City Park of Eureka Springs Arkansas. I need volunteers to help clean up brush and dead trees. I need sponsors and donations for each hole which comes with your name and advertisement for the life of the course. Last but not least we need people to know and talk about our course.
