We took a trip to our home away from home last night, murder church (AKA TCB boxing/MMA) in Rogers. Congrats to Vinny, Zach, Zack, Scarlett, and Lyric on their jujitsu promotions!!!

Many of us are going through so much in life right now- it's uplifting and transformative to be with such incredible folks. We push each other. We support each other. We help each other up. Thank you Coach for welcoming us into the fold!!!
