Practice today from 4:30 to 6:30. No rapid testing. Bring shoes to lift in and shoes to wrestle in.

The tentative schedule for Lifting and Open Mat the week of May 3rd-7th
Monday: Lifting and contact wrestling 4:30-6:30
Tuesday: Contact wrestling 5:30-6:30
Wednesday: Lifting and contact wrestling 4:30-6:30
Thursday: Contact wrestling 5:30-6:30
Friday: Lifting and contact wrestling 4:30-6:30

Here is what is needed to participate:
TESTING: You must be tested and report the results to Coach Wilson prior to participation. The initial test takes up to 72 hours to provide results so please over spring break, make an appointment with your doctor, Redwood Acres and/or UIHS. Once you have been cleared, we will be able to daily test prior to practice.
CONSENT FOR DAILY TESTING: If you test negative, EHS athletic staff will provide a daily test right after school. This test is the quick fifteen minutes test. All parents or (if you are 18) yourself must sign a consent form allowing the tests.
MASKING: We then are allowed to physically wrestle with masks (not sure how that is going to work, but here we go).
FAMILY ID AND CONCUSSION TEST COMPLETED: Please note in addition to being Covid free, you must be registered on Family ID and have completed your concussion test. This assumes you have your physical.
