Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique most notably by applying joint-locks and chokes to defeat the opponent. This summer help your child get ready for PreK!

The ages of 4 to 6 are an incredible time for learning. Our Mat Gators program is designed specifically for children at this stage of life. Each class gives students a wonderful foundation for improved listening skills and focus. To the children, the drills seem like play, but they are really teaching them - eye and hand coordination, memory skills, listening, and focus.
