Tomorrow kicks off the start of our new dance season - and as we have just one day left until classes begin, we are reflecting on all the ways that dance can change lives.

Dance creates incredibly deep bonds. These kids sweat together, work together, laugh together, cry together, fail together, succeed together - and they truly become like family. Often, our dancers find friendships on the dance floor that last a lifetime. We have watched our dancers go on to room together in college, stand up at each other's weddings, and even cradle each other's babies. This deep connection is worth more than any trophy they may ever win. We are so fortunate to watch these bonds form through their shared love of dance.

Just two more days until the start of our new dance season and we are sharing all the ways that dance can make a difference in your child's life.

Dance is a sport! Dance teaches athleticism, strength, agility, and speed. Many professional athletes use dance classes to cross train for their sport because of the many physical benefits that dance provides. These incredible young people are true mentors within the studio. They are kind, open, creative, organized, motivated, and ready to take the studio into the new season with tons of energy and a whole lot of heart!
