Scenes from a springtime walk 🌸🌞👟
I’d love to say it was discipline, a beautiful day, or the numerous well-documented health benefits that got me to go on a walk yesterday.
Honestly? It was Pokemon Go 🤷♀️
That silly lil app has gotten me outside in the fresh air when motivation was low more times than I can count, and I’m even friends with a few clients who also play.
Some days are just gonna be like that! I’m a big fan of the “do what you gotta do” approach to building a consistent movement habit, and if that means tricking yourself, gamifying your routines, or even building in a little treat from time to time— do it.
Your body will thank you 💪
