It's that time of year again! The fire fighter challenge is right around the corner. Sign ups will begin December 26th through January 11th here at the store. You can go it alone or have a team up to 5. $40 to sign up this year which includes a t-shirt, access to the gyms, and the body scans. I'll post the gyms and sponsors once I finalize the list.

2024 Max Muscle Firefighter Fitness Challenge Results
● 142 people completed the challenge: 93 men and 49 women
● Total Weight Lost: 793 lbs
● Total Fat Lost: 758 lbs
● Total Muscle “Gained”: -5.1 lbs – Our best yet! 2023 was 24.7 lbs of muscle lost, and 2021 was 116.3!
Total weight lost and fat lost were down, but people did better gaining/maintaining muscle!
● Point Breakdown
1. 10 points per pound of muscle gained
2. 2 points per percentage of fat lost (pounds of fat lost divided by initial pounds of body fat)
3. The highest point earners gained several pounds of muscle AND lost a significant amount of fat!
