Hey what up y’all. Can you believe our gym is coming up on 30 years running. Holy shizzz how has it been that long. We are going to do an open mat party and a group photo. We would love see you. As it turns out it will also be my birthday, so we are having it April 26 th at noon at the gym with the photo shoot being at 1 pm. Followed by more training and shenanigans. Hope see you there.

Super blessed to have been able to make this happen. Such a great time. My body is sore everywhere but my spirits are high. Highlight of the event for me was being asked to teach a portion during Arjun Chai’s session. Thanks to Shannon Shyne On Lighthouse for helping me be able to make it and thanks all the team running the dojo while I have been away.

What a night! We packed the house with 60 kids to party the way Ninja Turtles do! Our instructors survived and the kids had fun 😁 thanks to everyone that came out to support! ❤️💜🧡💙🤘🏽🤙🏽
