CrossFit Evviva CrossFit Evviva Not your average CrossFit gym! At CrossFit Evviva we train hard, but our community environment is our greatest strength.

There is no room for ego or bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble. For the longevity of our lives we pursue workouts consisting of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking

up our kids or moving that bag of dog food. We offer a 7,000 sqft facility which we've replaced rows of stationary bikes and weight machines with simple equipment and wide open space to move our bodies as they were intended to. Let us help you become the healthiest and strongest you have ever been!

You can join us for a free community workout at 9 AM (beginner friendly) and/or come anytime between 10 AM and noon to see our space, enjoy some food and visit with us and other vendors. We will have free samples and a raffle with some great prizes! I would love to see you all there!
