Congratulations to Nara Halvorsen who won the Grand Championship at the 26th Annual Mighty River Classic tournament in Portland! Go Nara!! She also received another very special award - A Power Ring that was awarded to the most inspiring competitor. A very special thank you to Professor Rick Cropper, MRC, and Alex Reyes of Point Fighter Live for this special award. 🙏❤ This was a very big honor for Nara and our school. And a super cool ring! We had two more of our RMA students who made it into the Grand Championship competition that day - Aidan T. And Rose S. Very exciting and so proud!! It took a lot of physical and mental perseverance as the competitors performed their forms many many times to move up the brackets! Congratulations on your excellent performances 👏 determination and courage! We were SO joyful, excited (and exhausted!) just watching you perform! 💥💯🙆‍♀️🙆 Thank you to each of you and all of our students who competed for inspiring us!! RMA!!

We want to extend a big congratulations to David Sloan who recently received his black sash! Woo-hoo! Not only has David been a dedicated student at RMA for over 10 years but he has faithfully supported all of our workshops, events and guest seminars from day one. He has shown great courage by training and participating in many many tournaments over the years and represented RMA wirh great pride. We are SO proud of David and honored that he is a part of our RMA family. On behalf of all of us at RMA, we want to give a very special thank you to Grand Master Eric Lee, Grand Master Bob Suttles and Master Brian Oakes! RMA Martial Arts & Fitness had an AWESOME time at the 26th Annual Mighty River Classic at the Portland Expo Center last weekend! 💥💥💥What an exciting tournament! We want to give a very special thank you to Professor Rick Cropper, MRC, Alex Reyes of Point Fighter Live, and all of the team of volunteers, instructors, judges, athletes and staff who worked SO hard to make an incredible experience, professional, and a fantastic competition for all of the competitors and their families! 💯 It was exciting to watch all of the outstanding competitors and athletes from all the different schools and areas perform and compete. We are Incredibly proud of all of our students who have worked so hard to prepare. You did an outstanding job! 🙆‍♂️🙆‍♀️👏💯 Most of all it was a joy to watch your teamwork and encouragement of each other and your fellow competitors in the spirit of respect and friendship. ❤️ Big congratulations to each and every one of you!!
