Working on the best version of me for me. The first thought I had when I was pregnant a year ago was that my body would never go back to what it was during college. I was wrong, It’s better now than it was then. I’m healthy (120lbs) but most importantly this is the happiest I’ve ever felt.

Turned fitness into my lifestyle without trying too. Currently working with several different female clients and helping them reach new heights.
