The holidays can be stressful at times. Take a moment, find a quiet space, and sit or lie down comfortably and take a few deep breaths. You can have your eyes closed if you wish. Breathe in slowly through your nose, and slowly exhale through your nose. Visualize the air filling all the depths of your lungs as you inhale, and feel all those deep spots emptying as you exhale.
May your holidays be filled with fun, friends and family, and a few moments to yourself to relax.
