Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM and Tuesday and Thursday at 7 AM!

Class format is straightforward and really works! 20 minutes of dance cardio, 20 minutes of strength training with weights, and 20 minutes of core/mat work will help to transform your body. You got this!
