Well we are back at it! Finished up the Ohio Bass Federation regional tournament this weekend on rocky fork. Came up a few ounces short but stayed consistent and adapted to the weather and rising water enough to take home a 2nd place finish. Congrats to Richard Burns on the win! Little late on this post but we arrived back home Friday night from the 2024 Bassmaster qualifier on lake Eufaula. It was a learning experience to say the least with a lot of curveballs thrown at us. I ended the week in 47th place coming up just short of the check cut. Congrats to My practice partner Cova Cornett who nailed them on day 2 and punched his ticket to Oklahoma for the 2024 national championship on the co angler side. Well the dust has settled on the 2023 season of the Kentucky bass nation and I am happy to say we qualified to move on for the 2024 B.A.S.S. qualifier after sitting in 3rd place on day 1 and just ounces out of the lead I could only manage 2 fish on day 2 that dropped us back to 5th but still kept us in the top 6. I appreciate all the support we got from local area business and all the sponsors of the 2023 state championship. Now it’s on to the next one!
