Tlcxfs:The Lost City Xtreme Fighting System We teach a weapon based system. TLCXFS a.k.a.The Lost City Xtreme Fighting System , was founded in 2005 ,after years of intense training . You be the judge !!!

Originally set out to explore the missed opportunities in and out of the ring. Techneques were added and modified to end the fight as quick as possible , without getting injured .This stand-up , of close quarters combat ( a.k.a C.Q.C. ) fighting , involved techniques from the concepts of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do . And in October of 2009 , we incorporated the ground game of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu , to have the all in one self defense , like no other .

NOW UP !!! Filipino knife volume 1.

In this volume of the Filipino knife, you will learn the angles 1 thru 4, in the normal grip and reverse grip. You will learn how to evade and how to block, pass and check, at any of these angles, while adding in 3 to 5 cuts, while working in a hubud drill. In the hubud drill you will learn how to stop and pass knife attacks, while learning how to combine these drills together for a continuos flow.
