Custom cornhole boards

Custom cornhole boards We make custom corn hole sets. All our sets are paint and stain. We do not use vinyl decals or wraps that can come off.

We use 1 x 4 for the frame to keep them light but strong along with 1/2 inch furniture grade ply on top.

I have stoped taking new orders two weeks ago and have a few sets to finish up. I will soon be shutting the shop down to move. Will be moving to northern Somerset area and plan on opening back up as soon as I can.

The floor set is one of the hardest sets I make. We start with a light stained boards and apply the first set of stencils and then everything gets a coat of white paint. After a good day of drying the second set of stencils get applied and most of them are placed by hand along with other masking. Then everything is painted blue. After fully drying I start pulling all mask and tape of slowly. Then it’s time to do some touchups and then followed by clear coat.

It’s all ways cool seeing all the layers of stencils come off. Still have some spots where the paint pulled a little

Just some of the work to make a set of boards. First stencil down and painted white. Second stencil now applied with masking around the edge. No worry in a decal coming up with a painted set.
