My Christmas Gift to myself was getting this room finished (for now) for my current & future clients!

I still have bigger plans for this room, but that’ll come after my license & obtaining additional CE’s for more tools & techniques!
While I’m finishing school, I am offering FREE 60min massages!

Something about Coaching really just makes the rest of the world stop for a minute for me.
Being on the field tonight for tryouts, not a single one of my “problems” mattered. I was at the field and all was right in the world.

Even though I get filthy and hot, and I do entirely too much ending up sore or hurting myself (cause I’m getting old), it’s just a place I never want to leave once I am there.

Getting to talk softball, evaluate and correct swings, give fielding tips, goofing off with the players, and just getting to be apart of the sport, I never want to lose the sport of Softball or the overwhelming love and joy it brings me.

Thank you to my dad for teaching me everything I know and love about this sport!
Thank you to my co-coaches for letting me fully geek out over this sport!
Thank you to any parent who has trusted their children with me!
Thank you to the players for being my why on my hardest of days!

Due to multiple requests & higher possibility to reach more athletes, I have decided to move 🔥Girls on Fire🔥 to Mondays @6:30pm!

This will start NEXT Monday, March 3rd, 2025!

I chose Monday based off availability of current and prospective athletes who have reached out. I would LOVE to eventually add a second day, but need more sign ups and requests! The second day would be Thursdays at 6:30! So please…
