Gonna post this at the top. I'm asked 40x a day what's the current turnaround. Just so you know, I don't just do a handful here and there. At any point there is anywhere from 175-250 gloves on the wall to do. If you want beat on a couple of times and play catch with it and send back in 24-48hrs I'm not your guy. Even tho I've completed over 4000 gloves this year I do so many it's not possible to return so quick. As I've said before I refuse to be greedy and return a bad end result. I go first in first out and my standard turnaround is 10-15 business. If you message at 9 days and ask if it's coming back tomorrow all that does is pulls me away from gloves to answer questions from my office manager. I do offer a rush service that's returned in 5 business days. If your tracking shows its been delivered, please there's no need in 15 messages of "is it there yet"? Some are often delivered after Tara has left so she will email you when it's logged in and when it's shipped out. So those that say we never sent an email, it shows when the email was opened and read. Tara has helped me to improve communication a ton. Don't think that because I'm not replying to some of your answers I have no customer interaction anymore. I still answer all technical questions or recommendations.

If your needing your glove broken in I'm open for business. My methods are high temp water mallet work for the hinges, and ball former and pitching machine for the pocket. If some are worried about using water don't be. With normal room temperature to draw out the moisture it doesn't cause any damage to leather like over oiling one or putting it in the oven. My methods are fast yet satisfying to customers. We double hindge all of our gloves and mitts which gives better hand control and deeper pocket. When you send it we form each glove to specific positions and loosen for that specific age.

Wanted to let everyone know that I will be out of the office from June 5th and return on June 13th to go play at Shipyard in South Carolina. This is late notice but the friend I trained several years ago was gonna cover while I was gone but backed out on me. All gloves in shop or what comes in tomorrow will be shipped out Friday but no gloves started on Friday and will have everything incoming while I'm out, logged in and notified and will jump right back in the day after I get back. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you everyone.

Trying to update a little. I know some are wanting they're finished product back in hands and I am grinding as hard and as much as I can. Over 800 gloves have been completed in last 30 days. If I pushed more I chance loosing what I absolutely refuse to loose and that's the finished product.
