A new class schedule starts today!! All classes are 1 hour long. Here are the class descriptions:
Complete Training: Formerly Cross Training. Programming is intentional to include all components of fitness for health, fitness and longevity.
Lift - Monday, Wednesday, Fridays. Our Strength Training programming + complementary accessories. It will be the same strength piece that is in the Complete Training classes on these days.
Endurance -Longer mixed movement workouts focused on improving your cardio endurance and pushing your conditioning threshold. No Rx weights, no leaderboard, and more basic movements. These workouts will be similar in structure to the Complete Training Workouts.
