I am aware of the numerous complaints about the dog hair in the gym, specifically on the turf. We have a veteran member with a service dog. We will get it figured out to accommodate everyone.

Members,

It's been a known issue that there have been some folks that think our gym is a soccer field/daycare. I tried to be nice and talk to them about this more than once. One time is a mistake, numerous times is a choice.

Today, I saw the same BS on the cameras and made it to the gym in time to address it. These folks are no longer welcome in our gym. Their accounts have been cancelled.

I apologize to our members that have had to endure this nonsense.
