Update for resuming classes on 5/19/2020:
Hi Everyone. Hope all are well and ready to get back to work. Tomorrow we will start classes up again with these precautions:
1) If inside, masks are mandatory.
2) Dojo will be cleaned before and after class with antiviral disinfectant solution - floors and all touched surfaces.
3) If sick or any of your family is sick, stay home. We will check forehead temps before class when we receive a forehead thermometer.
4) Social distancing in field, on mat or gym. Self defence drills will be solo or no touch unless family member to family member.
5) Limit your time inside community center to class time only.
Hours and Location:
1) Hours from 6:30 to 7:30. Best chance for summer participation with working parents
2) If weather permits, we will workout and play outside in lawn behind community center. Think ventilation and social distancing.
3) If inside, no more than eight (8) ppl in dojo room. Overflow will go to gym.
4) No need for uniforms! Wear running shoes, sweatpants and sweatshirts.
Thanks to all who have paid dues throughout these past 2 months - that gracious contribution is keeping the group alive.
We will extend taekwondo classes and offer judo instruction family to family to give you more value. Pls contribute what you can afford.
