First black belt seminar in the books. These amazing women from Jackson asked me to come up and teach some self-defense. This Is why I love jiu-jitsu so much; It's so fun seeing the light bulbs go off and changing their lives through jiu-jitsu. They asked great questions and we covered many great things. Its so much fun seeing their confidence grow throughout the class.

The seminar was a ton of fun! Thank you to everyone who came out. It's always fun seeing my brothers, John and Taylor. Plus, I leveled up to 4-stripe brown. I'm 16 years and 3 months into this crazy Brazilian jiu-jitsu journey, and I can almost taste that elusive black belt that's next. Only 1-3% of people who start BJJ earn the black belt. Come join a class with me in Estherville; I offer BJJ training and MMA. Plus if Moneyberg can wear socks so can I 😂
