What I’ve been doing and why it’s working so well for me

• Following the M3 90 day plan without extremes
• Getting my steps in daily
• Drinking more water consistently
• Making one significant intentional change each day

Morning routine
• Staying in a gentle fasting state until about 12:30 or 1:00
• Mixing Hydrated and Energized together first thing in the morning
• Clean steady energy and mental clarity without spikes or crashes

Late morning
• Drinking FIT before lunch while still fasted
• Feeling strong supported and ready to move
• No mid day crash

Mid day
• First small meal around 12:30 or 1:00
• Taking Focused with that meal
• Drinking another Hydrated
• Clear focus steady energy and no heaviness

Afternoon
• Another snack or small meal about three hours later
• Keeps energy and blood sugar stable

Evening
• Larger dinner when my body feels ready to fully nourish
• Small snack around 8:30 or 9:00 so I feel satisfied and settled

Before bed
• One Restored pill
• Two Lean pills
• Calm peptide
• Deep restorative sleep and nervous system support

What I’m noticing
• Feeling really good physically
• Very mentally strong
• Calm natural self control
• Fewer cravings and impulses
• Better sleep digestion and balance
• Feeling supported instead of pushed

Gosh! It is definitely been a while since I’ve been on this page!!

Awesome things have happened with my own personal fitness and my body composition and I definitely owe it all to a few factors. Natural homeopathic peptides, lifting more during my workout sessions using my Faster Way app, and diving more into macros as well as mixing up my sports nutrition meal plans.

I’m definitely starting to get this right in my 40s!

Between all the hormone changes, natural aging, and overall adulting of life I think I’m doing pretty damn good
