Fairbanks, you brought the energy, the love, and the weird outfits this weekend.

We have so many people to thank for the success of this show, but today we'd like to focus on thanking HooDoo and you.

Working with HooDoo was an absolute dream come true. The communication, the planning, the ex*****on... All absolutely on point. Thank you, HooDoo, for providing such a perfect space for us and all of our fans.

And fans! Thank you for your support. We love doing these shows for you. All of the energy you bring to the show, we feel it in the ring, and it makes the slams just a little bit easier to take.

This show is brought to you by three of your FLOW members and HooDoo! Pictured here giving cheers with the Sucker Punch cocktail that HooDoo has made just for the Saturday's show.

Mary Lou has been a part of FLOW for ten years, and often wonders, "how the *heck* has this wrestling group become the longest commitment of my life??" Driven by a love for performance art, a love of tossing people, and a drive for community building, she is excited to bring you The Break Up Beat Down: Birthday Edition.

Lauren (pictured in the second slide) is in her fourth year with FLOW, and loves the crossroads of live performance, athleticism, humor, and those moments you can’t script. This show is her biggest rush of the year, thanks to the electric energy everyone brings!

Rachel is a staple of the local Fairbanks entertainment scene and loves to perform. She has been working with FLOW for the past three years and loves the creativity and camaraderie of wrestling. There’s nothing quite like lifting your friends over your head in front of hundreds of people!!

We also want to give a huge shout out to Joh from HooDoo! In recent years he has been running event planning for HooDoo, and that guy is dialed. Working with HooDoo to bring you this show has been so much fun, we can't wait to show you all the fruits of our labor on Saturday!

When we heard our local invasive plants were squaring up, FLOW knew we had to contain the devastation! We looked to the green light of Ester for help! With assistance from One Hit Wonder, we're building a greenhouse to contain the inevitable destruction to just the ring.
