The Clean Vessel Act Grant application deadline is September 4th!

The 2026 boating season Clean Vessel Act Grant application process has been announced on DEEP’s Website. Matching federal grant funds are available for the purchase, installation, repair, upgrade and operation and maintenance of pump-out facilities and pump-out vessels.

These grants provide up to 75% of the cost of each project and help to keep Connecticut’s waters clean and healthy, while providing pump-out services to recreational boaters.

🛶 Free Family Boating Day Event-NCLI Families in the Parks Program and DEEP Boating

🗓️ Saturday - July 18, 2026 from 10 am to 2 pm, Rain or Shine

🗺️ South Side of Bassett Bridge, off of Bassetts Bridge Road, Mansfield Center, CT (Look for signage)

😀 All are welcome to enjoy this free event
